Production Inspection
We provide production inspection services on supply chain products throughout the production processes. Our production inspection service includes stages from primary sample products or prototypes to packaging of goods within phases that design review, initial production check, bench monitoring, storage monitoring and supply expediting.
We monitor instantly activities of manufacturer, vendor or supplier throughout all production stages. Output data flow is provided to customer with daily, weekly, monthly reports which include graphics, charts, tables, media files, quality records, comments etc. by our teams.

QA/QC Inspection
In our QA/QC inspection services, visual and dimensional controls of incoming raw materials, samplings, semi-finished or final products, verification of mechanical, chemical, non-destructive and coating tests are carried out by our inspectors throughout production processes as per customer requirements, ITPs, checklists and related international standards.

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
One of the important constraints of international supply chains is that defective products cannot be returned due to high costs. The products may already have been loaded incorrectly or may be damaged during transportation due to insufficient or unsafe packaging.
As a solution, we provide pre-shipment inspections for ensuring of products are ready to shipment completely before the shipment process of the products to the customer.
We base ISO, ANSI and ASQ standards to sampling criteria for acceptable quality limit (AQL) if otherwise not specified by customer.

Logistics Inspection
